Question about the serv... tick rate

It's supposed to be 66??

use net_graph 3 and it displays "in" at 20 k/s and "out" @ 30 k/s... I feel like the in should be at 66.0-66.9 for it to be a 66 tick... right?! I hope you are paying for the right thingy and the server company isn't tricking you.

I'm only basing this on the text that appears every few minutes that says "Server Tick Rate 66"...
