Vent Wont work 4 me i put in all the rigth info!!!

I tripple Check n soo did my friend N the SAme Message still comes out

"unable to connect to server" Did i get banned from vent or something?Sad

I doubt it but you you might have to see on a forums or pm agent or something cause i dont know what the hell is wrong.
