trigga happy was kicked out of the klan, and i saw him on the server when i told him to remove the tag.. he didnt so i got is steam id.. when i was about to ban him he left so someone else ban him

Ok i got it, Admins to ban steam ids
banid (steam ID)ban
removeid (Steam id) unban
banid (steam ID)ban
