P.S. Recruitment may take time, depending on how dedicated you are. Dont just make a new app, and leave it and never come back, you wont get recruited, and your app will get turned away. Make sure to get your app looked at more by posted in other topics in this forum, and starting new topics, as it helps you get known and people will get to know you.
